Shipping policy

We make every effort to process and ship all orders within 1 business day or less. Orders placed and paid before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday) are typically shipped same day.

Orders placed/paid after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please allow for additional time during inclement weather, holidays, periods of high volume, or unforeseen events.

Orders ship primarily via UPS. At checkout, customers may select from UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day, or UPS/FedEx Next Day Air. All shipments include full insurance coverage for loss, damage, or theft in transit at no additional cost.

Orders heading to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. 

 

All orders valued at $150+ are eligible for free 2-Day shipping. 

Please note that if an expedited shipping option is chosen this affects carrier delivery times only and does not expedite internal order processing.

Tracking numbers are emailed to you automatically as soon as your shipping label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once your order is scanned by the carrier.

Carrier delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. OROS Research is not liable for delays caused by UPS or other carriers once a package is in transit.

All orders include shipping insurance. If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, or if your tracking has not updated within 3 business days, at support@orosresearch.com

We are unable to assist with shipping or delivery issues reported beyond the 7-day window.
