Where is my order confirmation email?

If you've placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If you find it there, mark the message as “Not Spam” to ensure future emails land in your inbox.

Was my payment processed?

After you submit your payment information through our secure Payment Authorization Form, our accounting team manually reviews and processes each payment. Payments are processed Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern (excluding bank holidays).

Because all payments are reviewed individually, there may be a brief delay between when your form is submitted and when it is processed—especially during periods of high order volume.

Once completed, you will receive a payment confirmation email, followed shortly by a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number.

What does OROS Research sell?

We supply high-purity research peptides and amino acid derivatives intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research. Our products are not for human or animal use and are not FDA-approved for any medical application.

Where are your products made?

All OROS Research peptides are manufactured in California under cGMP and ISO 9001:2015 compliant conditions to ensure maximum quality, purity, and consistency.

Are your products tested?

Yes. Every batch undergoes third-party testing by U.S.-based, DEA-licensed laboratories. Each Certificate of Analysis (COA) includes:
Lot number
Purity profile
Net content verification
Endotoxin results
Full compound identity

We maintain strict quality standards to ensure consistency and transparency across every product offered.

What are endotoxins, and why test for them?

Endotoxins are bacterial fragments that can negatively impact experimental outcomes even in trace amounts.

OROS is one of the few U.S. suppliers that tests every batch for endotoxins, ensuring each product meets strict research-grade standards and delivers reliable results.

How do the products arrive?

Compounds arrive in sterile, freeze-dried (lyophilized) form, sealed in research-grade vials. Reconstitution should be performed according to your internal laboratory protocols.

Are your products safe?

All products are intended strictly for controlled laboratory research. They are not FDA-approved and are not for human or animal use.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. Creating an account confirms you are 21+, purchasing for professional research, and legally authorized to handle these materials in your jurisdiction.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express. All payments are processed using PCI-compliant, tokenized systems for maximum security.

After placing an order, please complete our Secure Payment Authorization Form. A payment confirmation email will follow once processing is complete.

Is there an age requirement?

You must be 21 or older to purchase from OROS Research.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

Orders placed and paid before 3:00 PM Eastern (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the following business day.

Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, including promotions, holidays, or other peak sales events.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders ship via UPS (Ground, 2-Day, or Express), with USPS Priority Mail used for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska for faster and more reliable delivery times.

For Overnight delivery, we utilize UPS or FedEx depending on current carrier rates to ensure the fastest possible arrival.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to U.S. territories, international addresses, or APO/FPO/DPO locations.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a UPS tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?

If your package is delayed for more than 3 business days or marked as delivered but missing, email us at support@orosresearch.com within 48 hours.

All orders include one-time replacement insurance. Abuse of this policy may result in account restrictions or a ban.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the sterile and research-specific nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 2 business days and we will gladly make it right.

Storage & COAs

How should I store my peptides?

Lyophilized (dry) peptides: store in a cool, dry place away from light. Long-term storage: freeze at –4°F. Reconstituted peptides: refrigerate at 36–46°F and use within 30 days.

Where can I find the COA for my product?

All Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on each product page and in our Lab Results library, which includes purchase date ranges for every batch to make identification simple for researchers.

Please note that our vials do not include printed lot numbers. To find the correct COA, reference the batch date range associated with your purchase or check the product page for the current lot number and COA for the batch currently being sold.
