Where is my order confirmation email?

If you’ve submitted an order but haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you find our email there, be sure to mark it as “Not Spam” to help ensure future emails are delivered to your inbox.

What does OROS Research sell?

We offer high-purity research peptides and amino acid derivatives intended solely for laboratory research and development. All compounds are for in vitro research purposes only and not for human consumption.

Where are your products made?

All OROS Research products are proudly made in California under strict GMP and ISO compliant conditions to ensure quality and consistency. Unlike many others who source from unverified suppliers, we are committed to American-made standards and scientific integrity.

Are your products tested?

Yes. All OROS products are rigorously tested by U.S.-based, DEA-licensed laboratories. Each batch is accompanied by a verifiable Certificate of Analysis (COA) detailing lot numbers, purity, net content, endotoxin levels, and full compound composition. This ensures unmatched transparency, quality, and research-grade integrity in every vial.

What are endotoxins, and why test for them?

Endotoxins are harmful bacterial fragments that can interfere with research results and trigger unwanted biological responses, even in trace amounts. While many suppliers skip this step, OROS is one of the few U.S.-based companies that tests every batch for endotoxins as part of our quality assurance process. Confirming the absence of endotoxins ensures greater consistency, accuracy, and reliability in your research outcomes.

How do the products arrive?

Our compounds are lyophilized (freeze-dried) and sealed in sterilized vials. You will need to reconstitute based on your research protocol.

Are your products safe?

All items are intended for controlled, professional lab research only. They are not FDA-approved for any therapeutic use.

Ordering & Account

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. Creating an account confirms you're over 21, a qualified research professional, and legally authorized to purchase and handle these materials in your state.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Amex. All transactions are securely encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant systems using tokenized vault storage to protect your payment information.

Once your order is placed, complete our Secure Payment Authorization Form. You will receive a payment confirmation email once your authorization has been successfully completed.

Is there an age requirement?

You must be 21 or older and purchasing for professional research use only.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

We make every effort to process and ship all orders within 1 business day or less. Orders placed and paid before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders are shipped via UPS 2-Day. We charge a flat shipping rate of $15.00, which includes shipping insurance for loss, damage, or theft. Orders over $300 qualify for free shipping.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the U.S. only. No shipments to international addresses, U.S. territories, or military bases (APO/FPO/DPO).

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?

If your order hasn’t moved within 3 business days of shipment or was marked as delivered but is missing, email us at support@orosresearch.com within 48 hours of your order being marked as delivered. All orders are insured and eligible for a one-time replacement. Abuse of this policy may result in a ban from our site.

Returns & Policies

Can I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final due to the sterile nature and intended use of our products. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you are not satisfied, please contact us — we’re happy to make it right.

Storage & COAs

How should I store my peptides?

Reconstituted peptides should be refrigerated (36–46°F) and used within 30 days. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. For long-term storage, freezing at –4°F is recommended.

Where can I find the COA for my product?

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on each product page. Please refer to the date range of your purchase to locate the correct COA/Lot. If you’re unable to find it, contact us and we’ll be happy to provide you with a digital copy.
