Where is my order confirmation email?
If you've placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If you find it there, mark the message as “Not Spam” to ensure future emails land in your inbox.
Was my payment processed?
After you submit your payment information through our secure Payment Authorization Form, our accounting team manually reviews and processes each payment. Payments are processed Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern (excluding bank holidays).
Because all payments are reviewed individually, there may be a brief delay between when your form is submitted and when it is processed—especially during periods of high order volume.
Once completed, you will receive a payment confirmation email, followed shortly by a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number.
What does OROS Research sell?
We supply high-purity research peptides and amino acid derivatives intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research. Our products are not for human or animal use and are not FDA-approved for any medical application.
Where are your products made?
All OROS Research peptides are manufactured in California under cGMP-aligned and ISO-based quality processes and procedures to support consistency, quality, and controlled production standards.
Unlike many suppliers who import unverified materials from overseas, OROS is one of the few companies committed to offering 100% U.S.-processed research peptides, reinforcing our focus on quality, transparency, and scientific integrity.
Why do you ship from North Carolina?
While all products are formulated and manufactured in California, OROS Research is headquartered in Cary, North Carolina, located within the Research Triangle—a region recognized for biotech innovation and scientific advancement. Shipping from North Carolina allows us to operate efficiently while staying connected to this research ecosystem.
Are your products tested?
Yes. Every batch undergoes third-party testing by U.S.-based licensed laboratories. Each Certificate of Analysis (COA) includes:
• Lot number
• Purity profile
• Net content verification
• Endotoxin results
• Full compound identity
We maintain strict quality standards to ensure consistency and transparency across every product offered.
What are endotoxins, and why test for them?
Endotoxins are bacterial fragments that can negatively impact experimental outcomes even in trace amounts.
OROS is one of the few U.S. suppliers that tests every batch for endotoxins, ensuring reliable and consistent research performance.
How do the products arrive?
Compounds arrive in sterile, lyophilized (freeze-dried) form, sealed in research-grade vials. Reconstitution should be performed according to your laboratory protocols.
Are your products safe?
All products are intended strictly for controlled laboratory research. They are not FDA-approved and are not for human or animal use.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. Creating an account confirms you are 21+, purchasing for professional research, and legally authorized to handle these materials.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express. After checkout, complete our Payment Authorization Form. Orders are processed once authorization is complete.
Is there an age requirement?
You must be 21 or older to purchase.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed and paid before 3:00 PM Eastern typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time ship the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping starts at $10. We offer free UPS 2-Day shipping on orders over $150. All shipments are fully insured.
Do you ship with cold packs or temperature control?
No. We do not ship with cold packs or cold-chain carriers. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds are specifically designed to remain stable without refrigeration during standard shipping conditions.
Short-term exposure to elevated temperatures during transit or delivery does not compromise product integrity—even if the vial feels warm upon arrival.
Degradation risk occurs only with prolonged exposure to high heat and humidity, not brief temperature fluctuations during normal shipping windows.
Cold-chain logistics are typically used for reconstituted or compounded products, not lyophilized research materials.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a UPS tracking number via email once your order ships.
What if my package is delayed or missing?
Contact us within 7 business days. All orders include one-time replacement coverage.
Can I return an item?
All sales are final due to the nature of our products. If there is an issue, contact us within 2 business days.
How should I store my peptides?
Store lyophilized peptides in a cool, dry place. After reconstitution, refrigerate and use within 30 days.
Where can I find COAs?
Visit our Lab Results Page for all batch testing documentation.
