We offer high-purity research peptides and amino acid derivatives intended solely for laboratory research and development. All compounds are for in vitro research purposes only and not for human consumption.
Where are your products made?
All OROS Research products are proudly made in the USA under strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO 9001:2015 compliant conditions to ensure maximum quality and consistency for research use. Unlike many companies in the industry that source their products from overseas—often from unverified Chinese suppliers—we are one of the few U.S.-based suppliers committed to purchasing and offering only American-made research peptides. Our domestic production standards reflect our dedication to quality, transparency, and scientific integrity.
Are your products tested?
Yes. All of our products are third-party tested by a U.S.-based DEA Schedule III licensed laboratory. We do not rely on unverified or non-DEA licensed overseas testing facilities such as Janoshik. Every product includes a scannable Certificate of Analysis (COA) to ensure verified purity, composition, and research-grade integrity.
How do the products arrive?
Our compounds are lyophilized (freeze-dried) and sealed in sterilized vials. This helps preserve quality and stability during shipping. You will need to reconstitute your sample based on your research protocol.
Are your products safe?
All items are strictly intended for professional, controlled, non-clinical research environments. They are not FDA-approved, and no statements on our site are intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older, a qualified research professional, and legally authorized to purchase and handle these materials in your state. Once registered, you can add items to your cart, complete your purchase, and receive email confirmations and tracking details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your information is encrypted and securely processed using PCI-compliant technology.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. You must be 21 or older and affirm that you are purchasing on behalf of a qualified research organization or for laboratory use only.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) ship the same business day. Orders placed after that cutoff or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $15, which includes thermal-protective packaging and full transit insurance.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to international addresses, U.S. territories, or military APO/FPO/DPO bases.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with your UPS tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier scans to appear.
What if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?
If your shipment hasn’t moved within 3 business days, or if you suspect an issue with delivery, email us within 7 days at support@orosresearch.com. All orders are insured.
Can I return or exchange an item?
No. All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, reach out to us and we’ll make it right.
How should I store my peptides?
We recommend storing lyophilized peptides in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. For extended preservation, refrigeration (2–8°C) or freezing (-20°C) is ideal. Avoid frequent temperature changes.
Where can I find the COA for my product?
Each product page includes a downloadable Certificate of Analysis (COA). If you cannot locate the COA, contact us and we’ll resend it directly.
