Order Processing
At OROS Research, we make every effort to process and ship all orders within 1 business day or less. Orders placed and paid before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday) are typically shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.
Please allow for additional time during inclement weather, holidays, or unforeseen events.
How is it shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS, with your choice of Ground, 2-Day, or Express services at checkout. We offer free UPS 2-Day shipping on all orders over $150. Every shipment also includes full order insurance at no additional cost, protecting your package in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Cold Shipping & Temperature Stability
We do not ship our products with cold packs or via cold-chain carrier services. All OROS Research compounds are provided in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form, which is specifically designed to remain stable without refrigeration during standard shipping conditions.
Short-term exposure to elevated temperatures—such as what may occur during transit or final-mile delivery—does not compromise the integrity of the material, even if the vial feels warm upon arrival.
Degradation risk is associated with sustained exposure to high heat and humidity over extended periods, not brief temperature fluctuations during normal shipping windows or short periods after delivery.
Cold-chain shipping is typically reserved for reconstituted or compounded products, not lyophilized research materials intended strictly for in-vitro use.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available during checkout. Please note that this affects carrier delivery times only and does not expedite internal order processing.
When Will My Tracking Number Be Available?
Tracking numbers are emailed to you automatically as soon as your shipping label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once your order is scanned by the carrier.
Tracking & Delivery
Carrier delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. OROS Research is not liable for delays caused by UPS or other carriers once a package is in transit.
Shipping Issues & Insurance Claims
All orders include shipping insurance. If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, or if your tracking has not updated within 3 business days, at support@orosresearch.com.
We are unable to assist with shipping issues reported beyond the 7 day window.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If a pricing error or issue occurs, store credit may be issued at our sole discretion.
Do You Ship Internationally or to Military Bases?
No. At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories, international addresses, or military (APO/FPO/DPO) bases.
