How do the products arrive?
All peptides are shipped via UPS in secure, tamper-evident packaging. Products are supplied in a lyophilized (freeze-dried) form and housed in sterilized, sealed vials, a format designed to ensure maximum stability during storage and transit.
Because lyophilized peptides are inherently stable, cold packs are not required for shipping, and the compounds can withstand normal temperature fluctuations encountered during transit. Our shipping boxes and internal packaging are engineered to withstand impact, shield products from direct sunlight, and protect them from environmental exposure throughout the delivery process.
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided for each product and is accessible both on the individual product pages and within our COA Library. Each COA includes the lot number, purity results, net content, and endotoxin status, providing full batch-level transparency.
How should products be stored?
We recommend storing lyophilized peptides in a cool, dry environment, away from direct light and humidity. For long-term preservation, freezer storage is ideal. Once reconstituted, peptides should be refrigerated and used within your laboratory’s established research guidelines.
What are endotoxins and why do you test for them?
Endotoxins are contaminants that can interfere with research results and cell-based studies. We test each batch to confirm the absence of endotoxins, ensuring our peptides meet strict purity and safety standards for reliable in vitro research.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, with the majority of orders shipping the same business day when payment is received before 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays or unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other factors outside of our control.
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS, with Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight delivery options available at checkout. Orders over $150 qualify for free UPS 2-Day shipping. Please note that selecting an express shipping option does not expedite order fulfillment and only affects carrier transit time once the order has shipped.
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are fulfilled via USPS Priority Mail. UPS is unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
All orders include complimentary full-value shipping insurance to protect against loss, damage, or theft during transit.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not support international orders or freight forwarding services.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been paid for. Please double-check your shipping address and product selection before finalizing your purchase.
